About

Many times, we’re dismissed or told that our symptoms are just “normal,” even when they’re far from it. As a holistic practitioner, I’m dedicated to uncovering the underlying causes of my clients’ symptoms so they can truly thrive. My goal is to offer genuine support and guidance along the way. I launched this business with a mission to provide the kind of comprehensive care that I yearned for during my own health struggles.

Hi There, I’m Tori

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, devoted wife, and proud mother of two wonderful boys. When I experienced my first miscarriage and faced the disappointment of several negative pregnancy test, I felt like my body was failing me. Despite seeking advice from my OB, who kept reassuring me to “just keep trying,” I couldn’t shake the feeling that there had to be more to the story.

Witnessing friends endure fertility struggles with limited success through conventional methods, I began to question the standard advice I was receiving. It just didn’t sit right with me. So, I delved into research, exploring topics like environmental toxins, the healing power of food, and the functional nutrition approach to fertility.

What I discovered astonished me. By making simple yet profound changes to my diet and lifestyle, I found myself holding a positive pregnancy test just a month later—leading to the birth of my first son. This experience illuminated the profound truth that food truly is medicine.

Through my own health journey, a deep calling emerged within me: to support and empower other women on their paths to wellness. It’s a passion that has only grown stronger over time, and I’m dedicated to helping you navigate your health journey with compassion, knowledge, and personalized support.
